Benjamin R. Inman, the firm’s founder, graduated from the Antonin Scalia School of Law (also known as the George Mason School of Law) in May 2012 and has 10 years of legal experience. He worked in the Arlington Commonwealth Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor from 2012-2017 before switching to private practice in 2017. Part of his practice in the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office included reviewing concealed carry permits and litigating related issues, such as restoration of firearms rights.Prior to working at the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, he served for seven years (2002-2009) in the United States Army/New Hampshire Army National Guard. He was promoted to Staff Sergeant (E-6) and was deployed to Afghanistan (2004-2005).
In 2020, Benjamin Inman established Inman Law, PLLC. He has a unique combination of personal and professional experience that enables him to hold himself out as a firearms law attorney. He is on several lists of gun-friendly lawyers, including the American Gun Owners Alliance (AMGOA). His strengths include leadership, dedication, and an innate business sense.
